What you need for Coconut Milk
Flavor Drink:
1 pkg. NOH Coconut Milk (Lait De Coco) Mix
2 cups water
Combine contents of package with 2 cups of
warm water and stir.
Pour into a glass. Add ice cubes and serve.
(Coconut milk flavor drink will solidify when refrigerated
- bring to a warm heat and serve.)
What you need for Chicken Luau:
1 pkg. NOH Coconut Milk (Lait De Coco) Mix
1 lb. chicken
2 tablespoons margarine
1 can of spinach or 1-2 lbs. of taro leaves
salt
Use 1 lb. of cut-up chicken pieces. Add enough
water to cover chicken.
Boil until well done. Pour out liquid. Add 2 tablespoons margarine.
Season with salt and simmer. Use 1 can of spinach or 1-2 lbs.
of taro leaves. Rinse spinach and drain water from spinach.
Add spinach and 1 cup coconut milk to chicken. Simmer for
5-10 minutes and serve.
Other Suggested Uses:
chicken curry, ice cream, malts, shakes, cakes,
and desserts.
Ingredients:
Powdered coconut, nonfat dry milk, sugar, and
salt.
